SSIC #18 Bloom with hope

Happy hump day!  This card was made for a challenge.  The challenge was to use the retiring in colors from Stampin' Up.  I must say, I found it difficult to blend these colors together, but I hope you enjoy my final creation!  Happy Stampin'!
