OSAT Blog Hop - Dog Days of Summer

OSAT 2016 Blog Hop Banner.jpg

Good Morning!

So glad you could join us today for this month's OSAT Blog Hop.  This month our theme is "Dog Days of Summer".  We have three wonderful guest hoppers joining us this month.

Tracy Elsom
Rick Adkins

Please be sure to check out their blog and show some love.

When I think of the "Dog Days of Summer" I always think of that last getaway before school.  What better getaway than going to the beach.  On that note, I decided to create a beach themed card and project this month.

I cracked open my new Stampin' Up Seaside Shore stamp set to create this adorable underwater scene.  This card would be a nice thank you for someone who house sat or took care of your animals while you were getting in that last trip.

One of my favorite things to do at the beach is to walk the shoreline and collect shells of all sorts.  I accented my photos with some of the shells my daughter and I picked up on our last beach trip.  It is so relaxing to me.

To coordinate with the beach-thank you theme, I created a little gift box to go along with the card.  This is the perfect container to use for a smaller gift such as a ring or a pair of earrings to show your appreciation.

As we move towards the end of summer, I hope to be able to take some time off and enjoy it with our friends and family!

Follow along with the rest of the group and see what awesome creations they have came up with.  To make it easier, you can click the next button to go to Pam's page or click the names in the listing below.

I hope you have enjoyed my projects and as always - Happy Stampin'!
