We are excited to welcome our three guest hoppers for this month.  The creations they have made are definitely worth checking out.

Robyn Rasset
Kristal Bell
Melanie Coverston

This month's hop theme is "Animals".  I must admit when I first heard this, I was a little stumped as I do not do a lot of cards or projects that have animals on them outside of butterflies.  I had it on the brain so much that I woke up one morning and had dreamed of the card I wanted to make.  Have you ever had something like that happen to you?  LOL...

My card has a a hippity hoppity Frog.... you just have to smile.  I love the color combination of the green and bright yellow.  I used three different Stampin' Up Stamp sets with this card - Work of Art, Gorgeous Grunge and You're Sublime.

I used Cucumber Crush and Daffodil Delight for my color combination.

I colored in the little toad using my blender pen and the Cucumber Crush color.  I stamped the Chevron's in the Daffodil Delight and splattered the top with the Gorgeous Grunge set in Cucumber Crush.  I used linen thread, flags and sequins as accent pieces to the card.  I popped the lovely little froggy with dimensionals.

This card would be so cute to brighten someone's day.

For my project, I created a Frog Prince using the Playful Pals Bundle.

I stayed with my color combination and used a pencil to stamp the little circles on the base of the frog.

This would be a perfect little treat holder or party favor for a birthday bash.

I really had a lot of fun with this challenge.

I am so glad that you joined me this month and hope that you will continue to "HOP" on down the line.

I hope you have enjoyed my little frogs!  Don't forget to participate in the giveaway!

Continue on the hop and increase your chances of winning by commenting on everyone's posts.

OSAT Blog Hop - Tic Tac Toe

Welcome to the April OSAT Blog Hop!  I have been MIA for the last couple of months and am glad to be "back in the saddle" so to say..... lol.  I have had card making withdrawals and was extremely ready to get back to creating!

We have a guest hopper this month - Lea Denton.

Please make her feel welcome and show some love on her blog.  I am sure you will love her creations.

This month we are playing a little "Tic Tac Toe".   The game is to make projects that contain the items in a line to create the "Tic Tac Toe".  If you get in a creative funk, this is a great way to get your mojo going.

I am not a big glitter or sequins person, so I decided for my card and project to go across on the top line for my "Tic Tac Toe" and chose - LACE/TWINE/BRADS.

I decided to make the theme of my creations surrounding gratitude.  Who doesn't like being appreciated?

I created this "Thank You" card and "Just Because" gift card holder to match.  I used the Stampin' Up Sahara Sand card stock.  For the "Lace" portion of the "Tic Tac Toe" I used paper doilies as accent pieces.  For the "Twine" I used Linen Thread and used darker brown brads.

For the designer series paper accent I used the "My Party Designer Series Paper Stack".  For the stamp sets I used "Suite Sayings", "A Dozen Thoughts" and "Timeless Textures".

I used the Early Espresso ink to stamp the sentiment and flourishes.

I hope you have enjoyed my creations and will check out all the other blogs in this hop.  I can't wait to see what they have created.  Each blogger's link is below.  Thanks for joining us this month and we will see you again next month :)!  Happy Stampin'!

Black, White and Whatever you like Stampin' Friends February Blog Hop

Good Morning Peeps!

So glad you could join us for the Stampin' Friends February Blog Hop.  The theme this month is Black, White and whatever you like.  I am sure that you will find some wonderful ideas as you hop along with us.  This month's guest hoppers are:

We are thrilled to have them hop along with us!  Be sure to check out their awesome creations!  If you are joining me from Cindy's page - Welcome!  I hope you enjoy the card and treat box I have to share with you today!  You can go back to Cindy's page by clicking the previous button below or the link below.

My "whatever you like" color of choice this month was Cherry Cobbler from Stampin' Up, although I did throw in a blend of the black and white with the Basic Gray color.

I used the same color scheme for both my card and project.  My card base is Basic Black.  Before I stamped the background on the Whisper White card stock, I used the Lots of Labels die set and cut my piece in order to determine where I would stamp the background.  Using the Basic Gray ink and the new Stampin' Up set "First Sight" from the 2016 Occasions catalog to stamp the vine grouping and stamped the bolder vines using the Black Memento Ink.

After I completed my stamped image, I used a larger die from the set and cut the background from Basic Gray.  My sentiment was stamped in Cherry Cobbler and was accented with another black vine and a rhinestone for a little bling.  I placed the stamped background image a little off center and used the black bakers twine to add another personal touch.  I can see this card going in the mail to my bestie!

For my treat box, I used the Bakers Box Thinlet die set and cut two pieces out of Whisper White and stamped the vine grouping with the Basic Gray ink.  I scored the box and glued it together using adhesive and glue dots.  Once I completed assembling the box I cut several banners of various widths and lengths from Basic Black, Basic Gray and Whisper White.  Again, using the Vine grouping stamp and the Cherry Cobbler ink, I stamped on the Whisper White banner.  I used adhesive to piece together the banners and added a bow at the top using the Black Bakers Twine and a mini-clothes pin to attach to the top of the treat box.  The sentiment was stamped on whisper white and punched with the Decorative Label punch.  I sponged the edges and added smaller vines to the edges to set the tag off.

Love free stuff?  Want to win?  Visit the blogs and comment on the projects.  Add #SFFebHop to your comments and you are automatically entered.  Each comment and the appropriate hashtag adds to your chance of winning!  Comments must be made by Sunday, February 21st by midnight!  Good luck!

I used the Stampin' Up Suite Sayings stamp set from the current Occasions catalog for the sentiment.

This month we are excited to have three guest hoppers that you should definitely check out.

This month love is in the air!  I used some of the new products from the Stampin' Up Occasions Catalog to create this lovely card for my sweetie.  The sentiment is from the Going Global stamp set.  I used the Happy Heart embossing folder on Whisper White with Basic Black for the background.  An accent of silver glimmer paper with black baker's twine adds a special touch.  The Sweetheart punch was used for the connecting hearts.

My project is a super cute treat bag that anyone would be happy to receive. Just looking at it makes me happy......who needs candy?  I used the glimmer paper along with the Real Red card stock to coordinate with the card.  The sentiments are from the Bloomin' Love Stampin' Up set.

I hope you have enjoyed the projects created this month.  I have created a supply listing below for your convenience.

OSAT Blog Hop - No Rules New Year

Hello and welcome to 2016!  Today I am hopping along with the OSAT Blog Hoppers with the January "No Rules" blog hop.  This means that there is no one theme, so I am sure that you will find plenty of inspiration with the projects that we have here.  Don't forget to click on the "Next" button below or the individual links listed.

For my card, I decided to do a clean and simple design using one of the new stamp sets being offered during Stampin' Up's Sale-A-Bration going on now.  This stamp set is called "Hello".  I embossed the large "Hello" with Pool Party on the Bermuda Bay card stock.  The rest of the sentiment was stamped using the black memento ink.  I accented the card with pool party twine and hearts punched with the heart border punch using the silver glimmer paper.  This card is short and to the point, but I love it.  If you would like to earn this stamp for free, please check out the link to my store below.

I needed a desk calendar for 2016, so I created a new one using a template from one that I made previously in my up-line's monthly club.  This is just slightly adjusted from the original.  It is a Tee-Pee design.

Each quarter has it's own side, you just flip it over when you need to change the seasons.  Multiple stamp sets were used for the sentiments, but the main stamp set was the Stampin' Up "Sheltering Tree".  I used a variety of paper and ink colors accented by linen thread.

The first portion of the calendar uses Mint Macaron, Sahara Sand and Early Espresso.

I am sure that the scenery is hitting close to home for a lot of individuals!

Spring is just around the corner!  This scene uses the Watermelon Wonder and Old Olive colors.

Don't you just love the flowers across the background?

Warm weather and the great outdoors are part of the summer time fun.

    The little bicycle is adorable!

The crisp cooler air of Fall brings the beautiful colors of the leaves..... both on the tree and on the ground!

The little rake is a cute touch with the little leaves peppering the ground.
I hope you have enjoyed both my card creation and my calendar project (it is on it's way to my office tomorrow!).  Products used are listed below for your convenience.

Now it is on to Megan's blog.  I am sure you will love the creations of all the other hoppers, please check them all out and show some love.

Now is the best time to place your orders for your Stampin' Up Annual Catalog items and the new Occasions catalog.  For every $50 in merchandise purchased you can receive one item from the Sale-A-Bration catalog.  Click the link to my online store below to download the new catalogs.  I will be happy to help you in any way.  Happy Stampin'!
